Heroic, Vitality and ENCE will represent Group A in the ESL Pro League Season 14 playoffs
The final round in Group A at ESL Pro League Season 14 has come to an end. There were no sensations on the last day, although Spirit and Bad News Bears, exclusively on the last maps, tried to think differently. However, Heroic, Vitality and ENCE still won ordinary victories, thereby gaining the right to represent their group in the playoffs of the championship.
All three meetings began at the same time, as the fate of the third place was decided in two parallel matches. However, the possible intrigue died from the start of the meeting between ENCE and Bad News Bears, as the North American team once again showed a terrible game and could not do anything with a much stronger rival. An exception to the rule was the Nuke map, on which Bad News Bears were still trying to fight until the European harvester switched to fifth gear and closed all the questions in its favor - 2: 0.
Along the way, all Astralis fans were disappointed, as their favorites could not do anything with the onslaught of Heroic. As a result, the Danish derby turned out to be not so colorful, because cadiaN and the company, despite all the talk about the low importance of the tournament, again showed themselves in all their glory and quickly set off to prepare for the start of the playoffs - 2: 0.
In another fight, Spirit burst into the server with a shock, tearing apart Vitality on Dust 2. However, already on the Mirage map, the French remembered that it was time to work. As a result, Vitality confidently closed its pick with a crushing score and went to the Desider. Despite the fact that Nuke turned out to be interesting in the rounds, the final victory still went in favor of the French, who finished the group stage with only one defeat - 2: 1.

Already today, on August 21, battles within the framework of group B start. Obviously, the main favorites here will be the guys from G2, who will begin their journey by meeting with Sinners. As for the Czech team, this tournament will be a real test of strength for oskar and the guys. Virtus.pro with OG also has good chances of reaching the playoffs. Both teams spent a shaky season, failing to be remembered for their great successes, but it is they who will face each other already in the first round. It is also interesting to see behind the modified composition of Complexity, which will play against forZe, an unexpected newcomer to the championship.
