The championship with a prize pool of $ 100,000 will be held online and will be distributed among participants from the Americas.
The tournament starts on March 10 and ends on the 14th. Anyone can register for participation in the open qualifiers, and the acceptance of applications has already begun. The first stage of open qualifiers will take place from 18 to 19 February, and the second will take place from 20 to 21. The closed qualifier will take place from 25 to 27 February.
In North America, the organizers will give away $ 70,000, while the remaining $ 30,000 will be distributed among the teams from South America. The top six North American entrants will be determined through the ESL World Ranking. The two remaining slots will be occupied by the best participants in the closed qualifiers. The eight will fight in the group stage according to the GSL system, and the two best teams from each quartet will advance to the playoffs. All meetings will be held in the Bo3 format, with the exception of the grand final. The decisive match will take place in a series of up to three wins. The winner of the competition will receive a top prize of $ 35,000.
As for South America, there will be four teams participating in the competition, two of which will go through a closed qualifier, and the other two will receive direct invitations. In this region, the top prize will be $ 16,000.
