DreamHack Masters Spring 2021: NAVI reached the semifinals

Four participants remained afloat in DreamHack Masters Spring 2021. As a result of the past meetings, two more teams left the competition. Astralis were previously defeated against G2 Esports, while Natus Vincere beat FURIA Esports with a score of 2-1. At first, the game was very intriguing and interesting. On the first map, which was Inferno, NAVI and FURIA brought the game to overtime and the fight ended there with a score of 22-19. On Nuke and Mirage, the confrontation was rather meager and there FURIA managed to score only 12 rounds in total. In each of the maps, NAVI prevailed with a score of 16-6 and advanced to the semifinals.

Astralis and FURIA Esports took 5-6 place in the standings and received cash rewards of $ 10,000 and 350 rating units.

Three more matches await us in DreamHack Masters Spring 2021. The semi-finals will be held on May 8, and the grand final will take place on the 9th.

DreamHack Masters Spring 2021 started on April 29 and will end on May 9. The total prize pool of the championship is $ 250,000. 16 participants are competing for the main cash prize of $ 100,000. The vice-champion will receive, in turn, $ 42,000. At the event, the organizers will also give away 4,200 ESL Pro Tour rating points, 1,000 of which will go to the winner's assets.
