NAVI won the first victory at ESL Pro League Season 14

NAVI managed to beat fnatic with a score of 2: 0 in the first round of the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 14. Thanks to this victory, the team scored three points and caught up with BIG in the standings.

The meeting started on the Overpass map picked by fnatic players. However, already at the start of the fight, the NAVI team made it clear that there would be no easy walk for the Swede. As a result, 10: 5 at the end of the first half did not bode well until fnatic started gaining rounds for defense, gradually catching up with the opponent. It was then that the swing began, as a result of which the teams went into overtime. Nonetheless, Born to Win showed character, taking the opponent's peak with a score of 22:19.

Nuke started with a slight lead from the Swedes, who ended the defense with a three-round lead. However, after the changeover, NAVI quickly seized the initiative, easily leveling the difference. Of course, the remaining half was just a formality, since Born to Win looked much more confident in defense, having recorded the final victory with a score of 16:12.

ESL Pro League Season 14 is coming online from August 16 to September 12. 24 teams from Europe, Brazil, CIS and North America compete for a combined prize pool of $ 750,000, as well as many ranking points in the ESL Pro Tour and BLAST Premier tables. The winner will not only earn a substantial cash prize of $ 175,000, but will also receive a direct ticket to BLAST Premier World Final 2021 at the end of the year.
