ViCi will perform at BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2021, which will be held from October 12 to 17 in LAN format. This means that the Chinese team will come to Europe for the second time, becoming the champion of BLAST Chinese Qualifier: Fall 2021.
The qualifying championship began with the group stage, which ViCi confidently won, closing After Gaming (16: 4) and Wings Up Gaming (16: 4). Following ViCi went to the semifinals, where she met TYLOO. Nevertheless, the once-grand local scene did not become a serious problem for advent and company, easily making it to the grand finals. Well, in the decisive match it was not difficult for ViCi to outplay Lynn Vision in order to get another opportunity to show themselves to the Old World.
After this victory, ViCi will try to erase from itself the stain of failure at the IEM Cologne 2021 Play-In, where the Chinese team lost to Complexity and Evil Geniuses, suddenly leaving Germany.
BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2021 is scheduled to take place from October 12 to 17 in LAN format. The prize fund of the tournament is $ 162,500, as well as two tickets to BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2021.
Note that currently three teams have qualified for the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2021: ViCi, Movistar Riders and POGGERZ.
An additional five spots for the tournament will be allocated through regional qualifiers in the coming weeks. Two additional slots will be given to invited teams, while the remaining places will be determined by the results of BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2021.
