gla1ve will skip BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2021 due to childbirth. The captain of Astralis will be replaced by “Xyp9x”, who is currently on the bench.

On his Twitter, gla1ve noted that he wants to attend the birth of his first child, so he will not participate in the next tournament.

"I really want to play, but I also want to put the team in a position where they have to change players during the tournament. Together with zonic, I am doing everything to prepare and help the team approach BLAST Premier Fall Groups," said the 26-year-old player.

Astralis has not yet revealed who will be the captains during gla1ve's absence. The last time a player was not available, Magisk took over the reins. It is highly likely that this role will return to the 23-year-old player.
