Handicap +1.5 (Entropiq)
NiP and Entropiq will hold their first face-to-face meeting within ESL Pro League Season 14. I didn't like the Swedes in the opening round, obviously underestimating their opponent. At the same time, the Russian team with nerves, but still won a victory over an uncompromising rival.
NiP shape
The ninth team in the world rankings failed IEM Cologne 2021 without even making the playoffs. At the same time, the team decided to give LNZ a chance at ESL Pro League Season 14, giving the young one another chance to prove himself. However, at the start of the championship, the Swedes managed to fail and lost to Liquid, and in many moments NiP did not shoot at all and looked ridiculous.
Recent results NiP:
- Victory over mousesports with a score of 2: 0.
- Victory over Liquid with a score of 2: 1.
- Lost at Gambit with a score of 1: 2.
- Defeat against Virtus.pro with a score of 0: 2.
- Defeat against Liquid with a score of 0: 2.
Best NiP cards:
- Nuke - 100% Win.
- Ancient - 56% wins.
- Dust 2 - 50% wins.
- Mirage - 50% wins.
It is interesting that the team is able to play on any map. However, Vertigo is the least popular among the Swedes.
Entropiq Form
The 18th team in the world ranking recently won Malta Vibes Knockout Series 1, thereby preparing for the start of ESL Pro League Season 14. At the start of the championship, the Russian team scored three points, closing FURIA. I admit it, the guys were nervous and made mistakes; however, on the whole, the debut was a success. Now Entropiq needs to gain points in matches with such wounded opponents.
Recent Entropiq results:
- Victory over K23 with a score of 2: 0.
- Victory over Lyngby Vikings with a score of 2: 0.
- Victory over Copenhagen Flames with a score of 2: 1.
- Victory over ENCE with a score of 2: 1.
- Victory over FURIA with a score of 2: 0.
Best Entropiq Cards:
- Nuke - 85% wins.
- Overpass - 80% wins.
- Mirage - 65% wins.
- Dust 2 - 58% wins.
- Vertigo - 50% wins.
Interestingly, during the pause, the team was clearly preparing for Ancient. We shouldn't expect the Inferno map though.

Forecast for the match NiP - Entropiq
I suppose you yourself saw yesterday's helplessness of the Swedes. Terrible shooting and a complete lack of understanding of what is happening - all this can haunt NiP today. At the same time, the Russian team is clearly determined to continue fighting. And let's not forget that Entropiq has a huge advantage at the map selection stage. Therefore, here I propose to play it safe and put on Forum (+1.5) for the Entropiq team.
NiP Gagneront
The first difficult test for the guys from Entropiq, the Swedes are a formidable rival who has not yet shown themselves in this tournament, but they can approach this match in a different form, the online format plays a crucial role in this tournament.
Entropiq
Entropiq did not quite confidently beat Furia, giving up cameos on two maps to a close score, but in the end they managed to close both cards in regulation time (Overpass 16-14, Ancient 16-13). The team before this tournament won the championship in Malta Vibes Knockout Series 1 and is approaching ESL in good condition. As for the map pool, here the team confidently takes Ovepass to their pick and bans Inferno, in the first match we saw a good attack on Overpass and fresh ideas on Enshente.
NIP
The Swedes looked bleak against Liquid, which they lost 0-2 (Inferno 9-16, Dust 2 10-16). Players lost many moments due to individual mistakes, for example, on Inferno, with a stack of 4B, Nip simply failed and did not make any sane exchanges, and a lot of such situations accumulated over two cards. The Device team also loves to take Overpass to their pick, so most likely we will see this map in today's confrontation. The ban goes to Vertigo, which Entropiq is not actively playing.
Outcome
Despite the first failed match from the Nips, the individual performance from Liquid played a big role in that match, today they have players of lower class in their opponents. It is worth considering the online format, in which the team's play can be very different the next day.
