The journalist made a shoutout of these circumstances on her Twitter account. The journalist said that all entertainment establishments can only admit 50% of all visitors, and in order to get into any closed institution, you must have a certificate of vaccination.

To all the people who came to TI10. Bucharest has now switched to the red code, new rules and restrictions have been announced. Masks are required in public or open areas. Restaurants, bars, shopping malls and cinemas will be 50% full and admitted with a COVID-19 vaccine certificate. So it's better to carry it with you on your phone. A vaccination certificate is likely to be needed to access any enclosed area. Take care of yourself!
