Visa Issues Shake Up ESL One Birmingham 2024 Lineup: OG Steps in as 1win and VP Face Setbacks

ESL, the tournament organizer, has reported that the russian Dota 2 team 1win was not able to secure visas in time to participate in the One Birmingham 2024 event. This news was made public via ESL's Twitter feed.
As a result, OG, who secured the second spot in the Western Europe qualifiers, will be taking 1win's place at the tournament. Originally, there were plans to invite VP as 1win's replacement, but they too faced visa acquisition issues.
The ESL One Birmingham 2024 tournament is set to run from the 22nd to the 28th of April in Birmingham, England, boasting a prize pool of $1 million.
