OMEGA League Europe Immortal Division: events digest
After the end of the group stage, teams such as Team Nigma, OG, Team Secret, Evil Geniuses, Virtus.pro and Vikin.gg were able to secure their places in the playoffs. The first four teams performed the best and went to the upper bracket, while Virtus.pro and Vikin.gg.
Alliance, FlyToMoon, Team Liquid and 5men are forced to play in the Play-In stages in order to determine the last participants in the playoffs who will play against Virtus.pro and Vikin.gg. The first confrontation within this stage has come to an end. Alliance beat FlyToMoon 2-1 and went to the lower bracket of the playoffs, where they will play with Vikin.gg.
Today there will be a match between Team Liquid and 5men, which will determine the last, eighth participant of the final stage. The winner will play against Virtus.pro in the lower bracket, while the loser will immediately finish his way in the championship, taking 9-10 place in the standings. The loser's monetary reward, as in the case of FlyToMoon, will amount to $ 5,000.
