ESL One Germany 2020 announced
ESL talked about the holding of the next Dota tournament from October 5 to November 1. The organizers issued several direct invitations to the teams and told about the format of the championship.
16 teams will participate in the $ 400,000 split, 12 of which will receive direct invites. At the moment we know the names of 11 teams that received invites, among which there are Team Secret, Team Liquid, OG, NAVI and others.
The teams will start their journey from the group stage, where they will fight according to the Swiss system. To advance to the playoffs, the teams will have to win three times. The final stage will be held with the participation of the eight best squads in the double-elimination bracket, and the matches will be played in the Bo3 format, with the exception of the grand final. The last fight will be held in a series of up to three wins (Bo5).
NAVI will play at this tournament with an updated roster, and information about updates will appear very soon. Natus Vincere promise to talk about the future of the roster at the end of this week.
