Winstrike qualified for ESL One Germany 2020
EXTREMUM and Winstrike fought in the decisive match for reaching the closed qualifier at ESL One Germany 2020. The latter managed to win with a result of 2-1 and become the second participant to qualify for the closed qualifiers. The closed qualifiers for ESL One Germany 2020 will take place from September 25 to 27. 8 teams will take part in it, 5 of which will go through the preliminary qualifying round. The other three participants will receive direct invitations, and so far there is no information on who will fight in the qualification. ESL One Germany 2020 will be held online from October 5 to November 1. The total prize fund will be $ 400,000, and 16 participants will be involved in its distribution, 12 of whom are holders of direct invitations, and the remaining 4 are teams that have passed through the closed qualifier. At the moment we know 10 participants who received direct invites. Previously, the roster consisted of 11 teams, but yesterday Virtus.pro announced that all the players in the starting lineup were inactive and, therefore, refused to participate in ESL One Germany 2020.
