On the official broadcasts of The International 10, off-screen artificial crowd noise appeared, which was not particularly liked by the Dota 2 esports community. Many fans and industry figures called this trick from Valve inappropriate and are asking to remove this innovation from streams.

There are two reasons for this. First, the system does not work very well and reacts to important events with a delay. Secondly, artificial crowd noise due to poor performance confuses viewers and commentators. They get the feeling that the casters have missed something important, and therefore cease to perceive the game as it should. In addition, the noise of the crowd was made monotonous, monotonous and boring, which does not add points to the piggy bank of the new system.

Some commentators have publicly expressed their resentment towards this system and are asking Valve to disable this feature.

William 'Blitz' Lee rightly noted that The International is now not much different from some sitcom series that is shown on television:

The fake crowd noise reminds me of cheap comedy TV shows with fake laughter in the background. It's just distracting

Maybe Next Time asked Valve to at least introduce a setting that would disable the crowd noise feature:

For Gabe's love, please remove those crowd noise. At least give the option to turn this off in the settings. Unbearable to look at it

Kips spoke about the situation in a satirical manner:

Limmp took Silencer. I hope he can shut up these fake fans with his ultimate.

Former Chicken Fighter player Rasmus 'Chessie' Blomdin pointed out the inappropriateness of the innovation and the similarity with what happens at football matches:

Does anyone even like this artificial crowd noise? This seems inappropriate to me. <…> The fake crowd must be removed. This sound reminds me of the vuvuzelas at the FIFA World Cup. They distract from viewing

This morning Valve decided to add an artificial crowd noise system that will simulate a live arena at offline events. In order for the noise of the crowd to start on the broadcast, viewers need to work together and spam a little into the chat with the! Clap command.

Earlier, we talked about the personal achievements of e-sportsmen. For example, Artur 'Arteezy' Babaev entered the club of players who played more than 1000 cards in offline events, and Yegor 'Nightfall' Grigorenko set an absolute record for the amount of experience gained per minute.

Right now, the matches of the fourth series in Group B and the confrontation of the fifth series in Group A. At the time of writing, Invictus Gaming and Vici Gaming hold the Chinese dominance in the championship in their groups. Invictus Gaming leads 3-1-0 in Group A, while Vici Gaming has the best 3-1-0 score of any member in Group B.
