Team Falcons managed to defeat BetBoom Team in the upper bracket of the playoffs in DreamLeague Season 22, securing their place in the grand final.
The match between BetBoom Team and Team Falcons ended with a score of 1:2. TORONTOTOKYO and his team won the first map, conceded a comeback on the second, and couldn't secure the victory against Falcons. Now, BetBoom Team will have to face Xtreme Gaming for the chance to seek revenge against Team Falcons in the grand final of DreamLeague Season 22.
Alexey "Storm" Tumanov, a commentator and Dota 2 analyst, commented on Team Falcons' game and expressed his thoughts on the tournament favorites. He shared his thoughts in his personal Telegram channel:
It's amazing how Malr1ne tries to dominate the opponent solo for two maps in a row, but Skitter does everything possible to prevent it.
After Team Spirit's elimination, it's hard to imagine anyone giving Team Falcons a tough time in the final, no matter who reaches there.
Maybe Ame will come up with something phenomenal, but XG looks too random, and BB, as it seems to me, won't go any further in this tournament.
