Matches in the second stage of the closed qualifier for the DPC tournament began in Southeast Asia

Closed qualifiers in Southeast Asia entered the second phase. The teams have already managed to beat in several matches. In Group A, Cignal Ultra has become the leaders so far, and in Group B, Omega Esports and Yangon Galacticos have earned one victory each.

The top eight in qualifying will have the opportunity to play in the lower division of the DPC 2021 Southeast Asia, while the teams that took the 9-12 position in the standings will leave the competition, left with nothing.

DPC 2021 SEA Lower Division kicks off on January 18 and ends on February 27. The total prize pool will be $ 75,000 and two invitations to the top division of the second season of DPC 2021. The winner will take home the main cash prize of $ 17,000, while the vice-champion will receive a more modest prize of $ 16,000.

DPC 2021 SEA Upper Division will take place at the same time. Its total prize pool will be $ 205,000, 1,150 DPC points, 2 invites to the Major tournament and 1 invitation to the Wild Card competition, where additional invites to the Major championship will be shared between the participants.
