WePlay! Tug of War: Dire announced

WePlay! studio announced the next championship of the WePlay! Tug of War series, but now with a prefix “Dire”. The teams from Asia and America will be taking place in the competition. There they will get divided into two single-elimination brackets with bo3 matches. Only final meetings will be held up to three wins.
The tournament will be held online from 29 May till 2 June and the winners of each of the regions will not play the final match between each other as it was at WePlay! Tug of War: Radiant.
Twelve teams from the regions will get invited by the regions.Four out of them will pass directly to the quarterfinals. The winner will also gain a slot to the LAN finals of WePlay! Tug of War: Mad Moon.
The organizers have set the prize pool of $30,000 and it will be divided only by the teams taking the 2,3 and 4 positions. The best player from each of the regions will get a reward of $5,000.
