The battles in the second regional fall Rocket League event in North America have come to an end. It's time to honor the champions and remember how it was.
Recap NRG's path to the championship
NRG was announced about their readiness to win from the very start of the tournament. In Swiss, the team finished 3-1, losing only once against Team Envy.
After reaching the playoffs, NRG defeated Spacestation Gaming in the first round (4-2), and then took revenge on Team Envy in the semifinals (3-2). In the fight for the champion title, the club beat G2 Esports, losing the first set 3-4, and then taking two sets in their favor: 4-0 and 4-1.
