Sentinels reached the grand final of VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík

Sentinels beat NUTURN Gaming in the Upper Bracket Final to advance to the VCT 2021 Grand Final: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík. In turn, the South Korean team went to the final of the lower bracket, where they will face the winner of the Fnatic - Team Liquid pair.

The meeting began on Bind, a map chosen by the NUTURN Gaming team. Nevertheless, already in the first half, the Sentinels demonstrated their superiority, securing themselves a double advantage. However, even after the change of sides, the North American team showed a steep attack, thanks to which they quickly closed all questions - 13: 5.

Things started even worse on Haven for NUTURN Gaming, as the team was literally trampled in attack, having given only two rounds. After the side switching, the South Korean team tried to return to the game, winning the first two rounds. However, the Sentinels decided not to stand on ceremony and demonstrated three quick rounds, thanks to which they recorded the victory with a score of 13: 4.

VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík runs from May 24th to 30th. Top 10 teams from different regions compete for $ 600,000 plus 2,350 Champions Tour Points.
