VCT 2021 SEA Stage 3: Paper Rex and FULL SENSE made it to the playoffs

The group stage VCT 2021: Southeast Asia Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs is gradually coming to an end, which means that it is time to take stock of what happened in Group B.

Already in the first round, an interesting pair formed in front of us, which was supposed to play one of the tickets to the playoffs. However, the face-to-face meeting between FULL SENSE and ONIC Esports did not reveal the strongest, while Paper Rex confidently dealt with Five Ace e-Sports and became the leader of the group.

However, the team remained at the very top thanks to the round difference, despite the draw with FULL SENSE in the second round. At the same time, ONIC Esports coped with Five Ace e-Sports in their match, even if it almost ran into a draw.

In the third round, the fight for a place in the playoffs became fierce. While ONIC Esports needed glasses, Paper Rex had a very different opinion on the matter. As a result, the favorite easily took two cards and became the leader of the group. Well, FULL SENSE, as expected, closed the quartet's outsider in the person of Five Ace e-Sports, thereby entering the second line.

Thus, ONIC Esports and Five Ace e-Sports left the tournament, earning $ 3,000 and $ 2,000 respectively.

VCT 2021: Southeast Asia Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs runs from August 13-22 online. 16 teams from Southeast Asia are competing for a prize pool of $ 100,000, precious VCT Circuit Points, and two tickets to the VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin. The group stage will run until August 16, while the tournament playoffs kick off on August 19.
